The government has implemented the Enforced Movement Control Order (EMCO) in several areas and buildings across the country, and the latest one is Selangor Mansion in Jalan Masjid India. Law enforcement officers have put up barriers and barbwires to prevent residents from leaving their houses after 15 cases were recorded in the area. Police and army personnel have also been deployed to man the area but there was one law enforcer on duty everyone is interested in – a kitty cat.
